Nor I...and I've been here over 7 years now. However, many restaurants offer fried codfish testicles. I've chose not to participate.
Most of the "wasabi" served (either here or the U.S.) isn't real. This is...obviously...although again the first time I've seen it that way. It is definitely better. When you dissolve wasabi in shoyu, the real stuff nearly instantly dissolves. The fake stuff takes a bit of stirring.
