Default Oregon Ski Areas

A couple friends and I have planned a road trip this winter hitting up 50 ski areas in 100 days. We are about 3 weeks in and heading to Oregon next. When we're not on the hill we like to find the local good eats and drink spots. We're on a budget so cheap beer and and food specials are what we crave. We've been blogging about our favorite places at 100daysofwinter.com. Does anyone have any local's tips for us? Ski areas we will be going to include: Mt Shasta, Mt Ashland, Willamette Pass, Mt. Bachelor, Hoodoo, Summit, Mt Hood Skibowl, and Timberline.

This sounds like a very cool trip. Mt. Shasta is actually in California, I'm not a local but it's a fun, inexpensive resort, weekday lift tickets are just $29. Hit the original Black Bear Diner in Mt. Shasta for some good food.

AWWWEEEEESOOOOOMMMMMEEEEEE!!!! I tried to do something similar a few summers ago, but failed miserably. Made it cross country, but couldn't produce a marketable product. Good Work and Good Luck!
