Sitting here in Manhattan I have to believe a week+ of 45 degree temps, and now rain, is trashing Mount Snow.
If any locals have any insight... we're due up there 19 -22 March. Can't change that, house is paid for, but is it worth buying my three-day ticket in advance? I'm riding greens and blues, no interest (or enough skill) for blacks or the parks. Or just hangout in the hot tub? |

HOWEVER...they're looking at rain this weekend, and mid-upper 40s. We're going to Mt. Sunapee...no rain in the forecast, just cloudy. If you're set on Mt. Snow, though, and don't mind a chance of wet, they'll have lots of snow. . |

The storm is gonna stay mostly south. No more than 30% chance of rain tomorrow at Sunapee, 10% for early in the day.
If I don't go, I'll sit around the house on my ass. If I do go, what's the worst that could happen? I get a little wet. 10-30%, I'll take those odds for a $29 lift ticket. . |
