summit county conditions in may - Snowboarding Forum

I am coming out from Missouri next weekend for some hiking. I am curious what the conditions of the hiking trails are like this time of year. Will they still be snow covered below tree line?

Also, are here any runs still open. How about a basin. I am debating if I should bring my board or not. I am going with a hiker/non-rider, but I would hate to miss an opportunity to get a few runs in. Our season ended months ago, and I am having withdrawals.

Basins open till June 5th or 6th. Trails are shit right now we keep getting snow, got 3 inches last night.
