Heading out to Red River tomorrow!!!
 

Just a quick weekend trip with a small group of friends.
Heard this little town is pretty good for something
peaceful and fun.

Any comments from this place?
I will get some pics for you guys hopefully.

I like the town and its folks but I haven't done the slopes yet. Hopefully I will get there in Feb. Angel Fire is on the other side of the mountain and pretty nice for those of us that like the blue crusers. Red River is small but the base is in town. So is Angel Fire. You'll fomd mostly Okie's, Texans, and Jayhawks in Red River. The resident population is around 400 with at least 2000 tourista's any given day winter or summer.

It was a pretty good mountain.
All lifts were operational.
If I remember correctly 50 of 58 runs
were open.
Very nice and quiet town with alot of fun.
