Question on Utah trip starting tomorrow
I know this has been asked many times on this thread, but I wanted to get some answers on my specific sitation.
I'll be arriving at 10 am to SLC airport. I'll be able to ride on Tuesday after I land, All day Wednesday, and until about 2 pm on Thursday. My flight is at 4:50 pm
I have been to Snowbird, PCMR, and the Canyons on previous trips, but I always like to see someplace new. Obviously snowbird is my favorite, and I won't be making the trip to Park City.
They are forecasting about 12-18" between Monday and Tuesday night.
SO here are my questions:
Should I hit up Brighton (never been to brighton) or Snowbird on the first day since I probably won't get to the mountain until at least 11 or 11:30am? I was thinking the pass that lasts until 9pm to maximize my time on the slopes. Is the night riding worth it? I don't do any park.
Thinking of Snowbird on Wednesday, and Snowbasin on Thursday. I hear really good things about snowbasin, and I wouldn't have to worry about the LCC road in making my flight on Thursday.
What do you guys think. Should I do Brighton the first day, or stick to Tues and Wed at Snowbird. And is Snowbasin worth the trip. Also thought of Powder Mountain, but because of need to get to the airport, I didn't want to mess with the road.
