Does anyone know how many people attend these *montreal one specifically* vs how many people are hired.

If you are referring to the annual event they have in the Cascade Plaza (mall in Banff) where each ski hill sets up a booth to hire new employees? It's very busy! Usually a few hundred people in there at any given time. GO EARLY! Just throwing some numbers out there I'd guess 50% of the people get hired (90% of them the ones that go early). Even if you don't get hired, the hills will continue to hire prior to the opening and all season long. If you have a friend who gets hired, then it's easy to get hooked up.

I'm not sure what you mean by the Montreal one

Do some of the resorts go out east to do hiring. I know that Sunshine is in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane looking for staff in August.

Don if you are looking for work in Banff apply now! The jobs at the fairs are normally the last few positions they cant fill.
