Heading to Breck early Dec with, at present time, looks like a group of 4.. A few more may end up booking later, but it looks like we're travelling small enough to just look for a hotel instead of booking a cabin.
Looking for a nice ski in ski out hotel right on the slopes.. can anyone recommend a place? |

The condos/timeshares on peak 7 are only a few years old and really nice. Further away from town. Peak 9 there was just a renovation completed on one of the hotels there. Right by the lift and you are actually in the town of Breck. Can't recall the name of the hotel though.

I am thinking that pretty much anything ski in/ski out is going to be booked through the resort. So I'd just call their desk and ask. They should know. Some places are quite ski in/ski out, but all you have to do is walk across a quad. Maybe 15 yards? I'd say that would be find for what you are looking for.

I have stayed at the Beaver Run Hotel 3 times now. It's at the base of peak 9 and ski in/out. Each time I have stayed here with friends from Chicago we ended up getting a 2 floor 'condo' suite. They also have a free shuttle bus that takes you into and picks you up from town. It's not too cheap but it's pretty nice.

Define what you mean by ski in ski out? Killclimbz is correct, there are quite a few options that are less than a 3 minute walk from different lifts.
My first trip there, I stayed at a slew of condos up and down 4 o'clock rd which are very close to snowflake lift. Breck isn't a big place, so you should be able to look up accomodation locations and use Google maps/Google Earth to determine how close they are to the lifts (many of the names of places are on google maps if you zoom in enough). |
