Where to work in Canada? - Snowboarding Forum

I've recently figured out that I want to be an snowboarding instructor and even though I have only one season under my belt, a lot of the mountain parks will train you up anyway. Not sure if this is true but it's what I heard. Anyway, I was looking to go somewhere in Canada and saw the Whistler/Blackcomb mountains which look pretty sick but was wondering if anyone has any other mountains that they would recommend? I'm not too keen to do it through one of those organizations that sort it for you because I've talked to some of the instructors here in New Zealand who have had bad experiences with it.

Any input would be hugely appreciated.

Check out Banff or Quebec (Mont-Tremblant, Mont-Blanc, etc)

i would say banff area just cause if you can't get that job you can probably get other work easily. Alberta is one of the easiest places to get a job in canada.
