planning 3-4 days east coast boarding at tremblant late january/early february for 4 people;

i debated several mountains but decided on tremblant for the best mixture of riding and partying and location;

i went to the official website for tremblant and checked out all the places to stay and there are some nice looking places but i want to get some riders' opinions on which places are best and are boarder and party friendly;

i am looking for a decent sized place with a couple bedrooms.... preferable not one of the big chain hotels they have there, maybe something a little smaller and more private;

should i maybe look for a place just outside of the main pedestrian village?;

one place that caught my eye was 'la place st bernard' in the pedestrian village.... it is a condo/hotel and looks decent... anyone ever stay there?;

any thoughts?;

I stayed there last January. Sick ass place. We went up on that college trip for like $350 a person which included 5 days and a 4 days of lift tickets. The place you mentioned is really nice. We had a kitchen so we took some quick meals to fix. Have you ever been to tremblant?

For places to stay, if cash is not too much of an issue I always stay at the Sommet. Only because the lift is about 30 feet from the hotel change room. Decor in the foyer is okay. Very clean. The rooms are nice but I've only been in the rooms that hold 8 or 10 people. They have 2 full bathrooms, 1 full kitchen with dishwasher, fireplace, balcony, washer and dryer.

If you're into gambling you can take the gondola to the casino but I think the gondola closes at 8 or 9pm but they have a bus (free) that goes from the casino to the village every 20 minutes.

For nightlife/clubbing I suggest Le P'tit Caribou - especially on weekends. If you're single (male or female, old or young) please be responsible and bring condoms. And, double/triple wrap that shit. The crowd mostly mid twenties to mid thirties but you get all sorts of craziness. Lots of titties to make you drool. Every time I go I always see nipples.

If you have a bad hangover, head over to the Scandinavian Spa. $60 I think for the whole day. They do have registered massage therapists which are extra but you can claim it through your company benefits.

Legal drinking age in Quebec is 18 and the only province in Canada that sells alcohol in stores/gas stations like you see in the movies. SOOOOOOOOOO convenient....

Be safe. Have fun!

If you wake up nekid the next day beside a stranger be sure to tell us all about it.
