Default End of January in the East

I am located in Toronto and have a couple of days booked of at the end of January. I would like some advised as to where to go.
I have already been to Smugglers, Mont St.Anne and Tremblant.

I am a high intermediate / advanced snowboarder and my girlfriend is a low intermediate skier (its her second season) and she feels comfortable on most blues.

Where would be the best place to go in VT or NY ?

I don't know about Eastern or Upstate, but in Western New York your best bet right now is Holiday Valley. Kissing Bridge is worth it when it's all up and running, but we only have two trails since opening day before Christmas.

If it is a boyfriend/girlfriend, the I doubt you'll be interested in doing the Jay Scene. Jay Peak is probably the best in the East, but that is because there is a good selection of woods and between trail terrain. For a date trip, go to Whiteface (if it has snowed, recently) or Sugarbush (that can be her nickname all weekend). check-out Banchi Outdoor Adventures for some decent deals at the various spots for two people. The nice thing about this group is you can wait till the snow falls to make the decision and book it a day or two ahead. I suppose you're already committed since you already have the days off.

I ended up booking up a place at Mont Tremblant in Quebec. I looked at various weather forecasts for the different mountains and the only one that is showing consistent snowing is Tremblant.
