I got that info from Your Guide to Snowfall - Main Page he is very good with numbers and with snow conditions. He also claims that Park city has gotten 353" of snow this season (149% of snow to the current day) so conditions at this time look fairly good.

Plus if you compare snow packs in this page National Snow Analyses - NOHRSC - The ultimate source for snow information from previous years, this year is looking pretty good.

Snowbird is claiming their closing day for May 20.
Park city expected closing day is April 13 and the same goes for the Canyons.

Maybe some one around the area could tell you about the actual conditions. But I think you are better of going to Snowbird.
