Snowboarding trip travel agent?

Not sure if this is the right section, but figured it was the most appropriate.

Do you/would you use a "snowboard vacation travel agent"?

My income would come from commission (paid by hotels, tour companies, heli operators, etc) and not by marking up prices. I would do all the research and have access to some deals that you can't simply find online. You'd also have a local's advice for everything (apres, riding spots, hotel recommendations).

I just recently moved to Whistler and I'm thinking of business ideas a little closer to my passion.

Any positive or negative feedback is appreciated.
