Going to snowmas middle of January. What do I need to know? Buy lift tickets for me and my wife when we get there or buy Costxo or Internet? Anything else to know?

You won't need to rent a car due to the public transport system if you are staying close to Aspen. Your lift ticket will allow you to ride at any of the aspen mountains. If you are doing a hotel look at lodging that offers package deals that include tickets. Otherwise your best deal is to typically buy online multiple days ahead of time for a discount. If you just buy the same day as you ride you will buy full price tickets and that can get expensive.
