Hey guys, some buddies of mine are going on a month long excursion in colorado for the month of January. Since Im the one with a job, theres no way in hell I could take off for a month, so I was looking to do a week. Of all the resorts in CO, what would you guys consider a must ride for an eastcoaster like myself

wolf creek, durango, t-ride or CB.
haven't been to any but if I was coming to CO for a week, heading straight for Summit county would be silly imo. anywhere will be awesome with snow, right now there isn't any here or in the forecast, but january is a ways off.

That's the payoff and why the i70 resorts are so popular.
I think you can fly into Durango for a reasonable price, but I believe trying to get anywhere else would cost you some clams. I recall Killclimbz advising someone on such a trip this summer...

yea I was looking into wolf creek. It seemed like an old fashioned kinda ski area so Ill be down to check that out. Was also liking that they didnt have slopeside condos and shit. That will definitely keep some of us tourists away lol. U were right, flights to durango are pretty reasonable. Finding some for $300 now. Definitely will suggest this to my bros.
