Making the most of a dry trip

Going to utah on tuesday (12-19).

Wasatch snow forecast is calling for warm temperatures with no snow till at least the 17.

Just wondering how to make the most of a dry trip?

Best areas to find good snow and such. I have no choice but to ride park city/canyons for 5/6 days im riding.

Lol, I saw dry and was thinking you were with Mormons or Muslims or something and couldn't drink.
My only advice is stay above treeline where it might snow. Stay on less crowded back sides. Or just ride the park for 4 of 5 days. It'll take your mind off soft fresh corduroy.
And dont forget to have a beer or six.

Trees. Black runs that don't connect to a base where everyone goes for lunch.

The worst day snowboarding is still better then the best day at work.
One of my best days snowboarding was during a two week snow drought, but I was also on mushrooms. Just saying.

I'll be in Utah this week too, I have my fingers crossed that the storm on the 17th becomes a reality. Have fun and enjoy the bluebird days

I'm in SLC this week, too. I know you said something about being stuck at PC/Canyons. I'd suggest taking a trek up to Powder Mountain or Snowbasin....the sooner the better. They tend to have decent powder stashes for quite a few days. That being said, with the range of temperature changes over the day, best to get there around 10 or 11 once the sun starts to soften things up. Or...start in the trees and go from there.

I'll probably wander into the Canyons this week.

I am sorta stuck at the canyons but i do intend on doing one day at solitude or maybe the bird.

Unfortunately one of my buddies that was supposed to come with cant fly due to a sinus infection, and his liftopia lift tickets are non refundable.

Theyre multi day lift tickets.

2 out of 7 at the canyons.

3 Out of 7 at park city.

If anyone is interested i could give you em pretty cheap.
