Default Snowbird. Employment = Pass?

Hey guys I was thinking of getting a part-time job at Snowbird this year which will probably turn into full-time.

I was wondering if anyone has worked there or knows anyone who has and if you work part-time do you get a pass? Or is it only full-time associates who get full tram/chair passes?

I've heard some say you only get a discounted pass for part-time and some say thats not true.

Thanks for any info.

It would be easier to email them directly, then you will know for sure what you are getting into and what the job opportunities are...

I am in Norway, and it is based on the number of hours, and the simple fact is, if you do more than 120 hours you get YOUR pass, if you do more than 300 hours, you get a family pass, which means you your wife/girlfriend, and any of your kids under 19. That is Norway though.

I have got a staff family this year, but negotiated it with only 15 hours work, but the work, is free, and they are paying cost for the equipment for the stuff i am doing, the saving to the skisenter is way more than paying what they would if they had to pay a company to do the work, so we are all happy...

I've worked at a resort in Idaho that offered all their employees a season pass. That's usually how resorts "pay" you, as the actual pay working on a hill isn't great. I would be surprised in Snowbird didn't give their employees a pass to the mountain.
