Planners unveil blueprint for future of Wasatch canyons | The Salt Lake Tribune
Obviously owning future personal\business property(forum link) up in BCC we have a vested interest in this happening but overall I'm thrilled about the trade of Private\Public land and connectivity to LCC and year around access to Park City.
I feel like this is a good compromise between development and recreation , can't wait for all the private land behind us to be converted to public land opening up a whole new backcountry zone.....not really looking forward to further resort base expansion but whatever that was inevitable.
--Tunnel connecting Alta and Brighton
--Tunnel or tram connecting Brighton to Park City
--Train in Little Cottonwood Canyon
--Land exchanges between ski resorts for base expansion in exchange for --valued land for backcountry recreation
--New trail network on the Wasatch Back that connects to the Cottonwood Canyons
--Express bus service from the airport to Park City
--Possible user fees in certain canyons
--Possible parking fees to encourage public transit use
--Shuttle service in Mill Creek Canyon
Whats everyone think?
