Default Buying local in Breck?

I'm heading to Co. this weekend and wanted to know a bit about the shops there. I've only been to Breck to ride once, and my only experience being in a shop was to rent. I need to pick up a few things mainly a helmet and maybe some boots if I find a good enough deal. I also need to rent a set up for my girl, and want to have my board tuned and waxed for storage before I leave. I don't really like to spend a whole lot of time screwing around in town during the day when I could be riding, so any tips on where to go, and not to go would be appreciated.

Also, how are the crowds this time of year around there? I'm gonna be going to A-Basin during the day, and hit Key for night rides on the way back.

Isn't that a big box chain store? I checked their site and the rental rates seem a bit high, 38/day, I've found other places that are around 25/day.

Does anyone know anything about BAHNHOF or BIG HIT BOARD HOUSE these are both Ride dealers and I want to pick up some spare parts for my bindings.

Big Hit is legit! There are a few good shops in Denver or if you are for any reason in Boulder. Night riding at Keystone ended March 28th btw... The crowds are always here and Breck is one of the worst! ABasin today was awesome and if they keep getting snow go there or Loveland. Keystone and Beaver close the 11th and Breck/Vail the following Sunday the 18th. If you are buying lift tickets a lot of times you can get the best deal if you do a rental and ticket together. Good luck and have fun!
