Well, so far the lack of snow is making the ski in ski out condo look lad a bad plan.
I am correct in thinking that Wolf creek is looking like the best place to find Colorado like conditions? ( barring an un forcasted storm) I am not opposed to drving to find coverage. Do the vail resorts continue making snow and opening additional terrain? Sorry for the dumb questions. Looking at the open area at Keystone and Abasin is a little discouraging. Jesus, this last storm SUCKED unless you were in Steamboat or Crested Butte (weird that two spots that far apart were the big winners). Most of the rest of the state was stuck with low moisture and hurricane force winds. Most everything out there right now is bulletproof.

Wolf Creek does have the best conditions right now. Things can change in a hurry, but at the moment it looks like the Creek will have the most open.
All of the Vail resorts will blow snow until they hit their allotment. That snow blows though... |

Thanks killclimbz, I watch the snow reports, but I trust the guys on here that live there more than the resorts.
I will leave the condo at keytone empty and stay at the motel 6 in Pagosa springs if thats where the conditions are best! |

I track my riding weather here. They have long range forcasts and you can select your riding area.
