Hey all,

I've got the Loveland Rewards card, laugh at me all you want for not hitting the Epic pass but until my wife gets off green runs on her board, we've got to go cheap.

Anyways. Sunday will be day three on the card and their site promotes "member rewards on day 3...." but doesn't say what that means.

Has anyone else used the card and if so, could you tell me what they mean by rewards?

Why would anyone laugh at you for not getting the Epic Pass? Plenty of us don't. If you're like me and forced to ride primarily on weekends, you want nothing to do with a Vail Resorts spot.

The laughing part would be me all over the Loveland pass instead of hitting all the awesome places I could go to... Winter Park, Copper, Breck, Vail....

However at $47 a day, gotta love that.

Yep, Copper/WP is a separate pass.

I'll pass on the busiest ski slope in North America in Breck and same old blue Vail.

I know Epic doesn't cover those, but they're considered more prestiguous and well known than Loveland. Coming from out of state, I'd never heard of Loveland, but knew of the others I mentioned.

Anyone know about those membership rewards they speak of though? I've emailed them, but haven't heard back.

The rewards card gets you every 5th day free. Whatever rewards they are, it's going to try to get more money out of your wallet.

LOL! Yep. If you just want to get a few days in, 4 packs are the way to go. If you're going to ride enough to take advantage of a rewards card, you'd probably be better off buying a pass.

I got my response from them for my day 3 reward - a Loveland Bandanna. Not sure how pumped I am about that.

Day 5 though, that's my target. A free day on the hill. That brings the average down to $39 a day.

if you buy early enough in the season, Christy's sports usually sells 5day passes to copper for the price of a 4pack.
