I've got a fifth grade student and spring break is right around the corner. We've been travelin' and hitting as many resorts as possible. He gets 3 free days at every Aspen resort, so I bought a Classic pass. The problem is......, we used to have family in Carbondale, recently they had to move from the area. I have looked into lodging, hostels and campgrounds. Everything is closed or crazy expensive. So.....anyone know of a FS road or spot to throw down camp with a fire and still be excessible with a subie?

Aspen Basalt's only for RVs and the ollie 2 are closed for tenting. Anyone know how far up Prince Creek a subie can make it? How about anywhere along the Fryin' Pan River? Feel free to PM me, if you don't wanna share publicly.
