park city march 13 -20

Sorry for double post but mistakenly put this in southwest.

Going to park city march 13-20th. No snow in the forecast.
SOrry for repeat posts but i just have alot of questions i dont think of at the same time.
ANyway i was wondering.
1. If it doesnt snow for around a week or two, will there still be sorta only mildly tracked out powder if i hike off of jupiter lift or mcconkeys lift or will it just be really mogely with no pow.

2. As a 14 year old snowboarding with bro whos 13 and friend, do we need any avalanche or back country training or equipment to hike off of jupiter lift or mcconkeys. My understanding is that it is still part of the resort but im not sure. Dont know if thats a really stupid question but where im from the "mountains" have 400 - 700 feet of vertical.

3. Thinking of powder mountain as one my one day not in park city area now that i hear about their 18 snowcat rides and shuttle.
Does anyone have any experience with the snowcat or shuttle. Considering the amount of snow being called for (Nil), and recent snow would there still be powder off of the shuttle or snowcat. is the snowcat worth 18 bucks a ride or should i stick to shuttle. Do you need backcountry training for either of these. are my chances of pow better at pow mountain or at brighton, solitude, snowbird.
Thanks
