The key will be for them to embrace a park-only operation. Keep the beginner areas for the kids and what not, but for the most part, focus on building a stellar park.
Their park sucks compared to what you find in Summit. Better than Loveland's, but that ain't saying much. If you're gonna be park only, to needs to be fucking awesome. Quit trying to draw people in for terrain you don't have.
Worst park I've ever ridden in Colorado. They have no idea how to build a feature, have flow, or build a fucking jump. Every kid that comes out of there has the worst park style and can't ride for shit. Close it down and move on.
