My Never Summer Heritage X 159 was stolen today from copper. Left it outside for 10 minutes and it was gone. It was basically brand new with about 20 days on it. Ride Capo bindings in bright red (picture below).
If you can put me in contact with the guy who stole my board I'm willing to give you a $1000 reward. I hate thievery and I will make sure he never steals another board. Thanks Nick GueDiver@live.com |

Yeah, that is a long shot. Watch Craigslist in Summit County, Eagle County, Aspen, Denver, Boulder, Ft Collins, and Colorado Springs. My guess is you probably wouldn't see it in Summit, but thieves are not the smartest of the bunch either. Else wise they wouldn't be thieves.
I would be surprised for it to pop in Denver/Boulder too, but the same rules apply. Colorado Springs/Fort Collins or some of the more remote mountain towns I wouldn't be surprised. You might watch for just your bindings being sold too. Totally lame, board theft is a huge problem at the front range spots. Make sure you report it to Copper. They set up stings with local police and bust these assholes all the time. If they know theft is already happening they'll probably set that action up sooner. I'm sure you'll be getting a pocket lock after this. You just can't leave a board at the base area unsecured anymore. It sucks. Sorry man, that is a nice set up to lose. |

fuck man that sucks. another thing u could do is post a ad on Craigslist looking for a newish or new Never Summer Heritage for sale. then when people reply ask for a pic. they may try to sell it like that. idk if that helps but good luck.

Mine was yanked last year. Sucks but gave me more of a reason not to ride resorts. People suck

Just got a phone call from copper security! apparently a group of marines caught the guy stealing shit and tackled him (and hopefully beat his ass) they recovered 5 boards and a set of skis from his car. Looking for info on the marines... You all have beers coming from me.

Wow, that is so awesome! I am glad you are getting your gear back! This is my first year owning "new" stuff and I am on the fence about a lock. No one locks up anything at my local hill, but the idea of having that kind of money just sitting there freaks me out.
