Alright, I gotta admit, I'm getting nervous - Page 48 - Snowboarding Forum

Vail was amazing yesterday...visibility was horrible but thats because it was dumping literally ALL day, also kept the crowds away which was nice. Driving to and back was super sketchy though, be careful if your heading up.

I only took a couple pics yesterday cuz the visibility was so low but Ill put them up later

Yep, actually starting to sort of regret not going now.

They just opened bluesky. Chair 10 amd 11 had thigh deep runs. Its knee deep in runs every other trail...Fuckinf great day so far.

If your going tomorrow there will be plenty left...ill be up there as well, stoked to get some laps where I can see more than a few feet in front of me lol. Or possibly Breck...some of the pics they posted today looked awesome

Not gonna ride until Saturday morning. Be driving up tomorrow afternoon/evening.

There should still be quite a few pockets left... in the trees, etc.

I want to save a vacation day for one of those epic, blue bird, first-line-down-the-bowl type days.

Visibility was fine. Just came home to chill and eat before work. 4 hours was plenty of fun.... Snow is still falling and doesn't appear to be stopping any time soon. There will be fresh stashes for days to come.... Today would have been a food sick day though.... Mountain was relatively empty. Only line was once at the lonshead gondola and a 90 second wait at chair 4.... 10 and 11 were totally empty.... Backside was empty....

Going to head to Vail Saturday morning. Will probably get there around 7:30 and catch the first gondola. Where should I head first to catch some fresh lines that haven't been tracked out over these few days?
