I copied this from The Basin on Facebook

We'll be open seven days a week until June 2.
We'll be CLOSED June 3-6.
We'll REOPEN June 7, 8, & 9.

Nice! I was there Tuesday. Conditions aint to bad. There are some rocks to watch out for. They will be open top to bottom. The park got pathetic, but then I am pathetic in the park.

Lake Reveal started to form when I was there. It is tiny, not huge yet. Right now it is cold. I went out side recently and snow was falling. It snowed this morning. I think by the week end it will be big.

May snow!



I don't know how much was at The Basin.

I was there Tuesday also. Nice spring snow.... Good coverage. I'll go again Friday since the weekend is likely to be crowded.

I went up on Sunday. It was an epic spring day. It was one of those warm spring days we did not see much of this season. Conditions are still pretty good. The coverage is better than it was in April last season.

The sun was out in full force. I put on sunscreen in the morning and rode till about 3ish. I got burnt to hell. My lips were burnt badly and I have a goggle sunburn. If you are a pasty white person or a ginger reapply the sunscreen at some point in the day. Use SPF lip balm. I did not and I may get some serious chapped lips.

Lake Reveal was even smaller than it was on Tuesday. They better not close before it happens, cause I want to see people fall in.
