Oh yeah! in Thornton right now. Having to put off buying a house for a few years unfortunately though. still looking to move to Silverthorne or thereabouts in a couple of years, even if we have to rent awhile.

Oh it was definitely beautiful there! Aspens are definitely showing some colors right now for sure!

Thanks again!

That's not even bad at all. Got there at 8, got 5 runs in and left. The line was at least twice that size when I left at 1030. If the line stayed the same size as that pic I would have stayed all day.

Snake or be snaked, nothing like cutting off 200 people at a time to get through the line faster. Pretty mellow opening compared to years past.

Not what you'd expect given that most opening days in past years have been mid-week and it always has been a shit show.

It was mostly my buddies from our first chair group that were on the first 3 chairs aside from the breck dudes.... I missed today cause my son was behind in his school work and I made him sit out of first day and 3 more.....

I made it up around 10:30 or so, got a front row spot, took two runs, and drank beer in the parking lot until 2 or so. The snow wasn't as sketchy as I expected, and the vibes were good considering how packed it was.

What? That was a mellow opening day line, cruising through in about 15 to 20 minute waits.
