That line was only a 15-20 min. wait??? Holy crap! I've had 10-15 min. waits in much smaller lines for our small assed hills of norther lower MI!

I'd definitely wait that line out for a decent length early run!

I'm so stoked for this winter. Does anyone know a good board shop in Durango? My buddies need a place to rent. The online reviews haven't given me much to go on.

Dunno if inferno is still there. Haven't made it there in 3 years. They were always great to work with

That was the one I was looking at. Messaged them on FB to see what they would have for rentals but haven't heard back. Do you remember what they carried last time you were there?

I think we're just going to ditch the Suburban and walk around. It's a cool town and I haven't been there since I was 8. Luckily my friend's brother lives there now, so we have a free place to stay. Without that the trip wouldn't be possible.

So what's your guys' setups? I have no snowboarding friends so I have no clue what anyone rides out here.

I have a 2011 Salomon Riot w/Forum Republic bindings, 32 BOA boots. Pretty impressed with the BOAs since I heard bad things.

I plan on getting a board for backcountry/powder and putting the republics on that and probably getting some rome 390's for my jib board.

I was looking at Arbor, Lib Tech, or Capita for another park board and a Never Summer for all mountain.

What do you guys ride?

And how busy are the resorts on NYE? In the midwest there was hardly anyone boarding. I rented a cabin in Salida and plan on boarding the 30th/31st of Dec.

I got a tooth extracted today and I'm high on vicodin and bored. entertain me please lol
