wrong it's not legal anywhere. not co not wa. it's federally still classified as a class 1 narcotic. which means it can't have any medicinal value. coke is a class 2 narcotic. lmfao. but co and wa are as close as you can get. come see me if you want some weed that's not grown under 1000 other lights

I'm pretty sure this went through federal court last year and the US feds said it would acknowledge the CO and wa laws and not prosecute federally. That would mean yes, it is legal.

Yep.

In other news there's a shortage of chips, drinks, and cookies in Summit County. Thanks a lot BCC.

It is still illegal under federal law. But the state is not going to enforce federal law that is up to them.

At this point, Colorado just needs to cash in. I think in the next couple years we will see more and more states go green. Unless there is some authoritarian snap back from the Feds we are watching the end of marijuana being illegal in the states.

Which I am sure will have it's own problems.

Seriously? They triggered a slide? I don't know what it is but people are seriously pushing it this year. There is a reason I am not traveling in the alpine right now. It's deadly consequence. The persistent slab is a mother fucker right now. Check out this pic from Jones Pass yesterday.

No one was caught, and that is a good thing. That is not survivable. With any avalanche gear.

Copper was pretty sweet yesterday. Got a lot of great lines in the back bowls and spent most of the day in the trees. Man...so glad my legs are in shape - cant image how all the one or two times out noobs are feeling today.

On a side note....the morons getting dragged by the t-bar at the top of Copper was astounding. If you cant ride the t-bar you really shouldnt be messing around in the trees and back bowls. I feel so bad for the lifties up there. Dealing with moron after moron. One dude just dragged himself the whole way up.

<insert witty siggy here>

I love riding the Storm King Poma. OMG some of the funniest shit I have seen has been on that lift. The best was the fat women leaning back to far and getting rocketed into the hill side. You know what I am talking about...
