Default Save some pow

I hope you guys will save me a little. I'll be at Luv the 2nd week of March and I've never ridden powder.

I love it! The layout is really cool, there are only 3 lifts, it is our secret little local Japan! Last year the snow was full on snorkel situation, this year was awesome too. Everything is pretty steep and trees, there is not a ton of low-intermediate terrain. You can drop in 360 degrees from the top of all 3 lifts, there is also a TON of terrain available in several directions you can get after 5-15 minutes of hiking. Their park is a whole run long, and has cool natural looking log drops, as well as like 5, 15 foot kickers.

these are pics from last year, me droppin the big log, small :P

I've always heard they get a lot of powder and it sticks around since it's kinda off the beaten path. We both love terrain like that so we're really looking forward to it. We stick to summit co too much and finally decided to venture out

Imagine riding that tree out to the end! With the deep powder landing that would be incredible!

I have ridden that thing about 2x farther than that, but I'm not comfy on obstacles at all, meh. My photographers are super low rent.

moar....todays daily snow....

Quote:
Summary:

It will snow Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The deepest accumulations on Thursday and Friday will be in the San Juans, while the heaviest snow on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday will be in the central and northern mountains. The potential exists for 2+ FEET of snow over the next 5 days, so get ready for increasingly deep powder, culminating with deep powder days on Sunday and Monday. Tuesday will be dry, then northern Colorado might see additional snow next Wednesday through Friday.

Its been dumping all day in summit tomorrows going to be another great pow day. This storm is supposed to be here for a couple of more days. Earlier I was sitting in a coffee shop in frisco and it got flooded with vail assholes who couldnt get over the pass. It went from just a couple of people to no standing room available. I hate Vail assholes this is the only asshole I want
