I don't think it really has any negative effects on peoples driving though, because everyone here sucks at driving to begin with.

lol you really must hate cigarettes then.

Anyone know of free parking during the week near Lionshead village in Vail? My brother is coming out to visit in 2 weeks and wants to board Vail. In an effort to save some cash I booked a place in Avon, but have no idea where to park in Vail outside of the $25 a day garages. Thanks!

I had this question a few weeks ago, and everybody on here told me you could park in the Wal-Mart parking lot in Avon and they wouldn't ticket or tow. If you are looking to park in Vail, you can park in one of the garages and move your car everyday, then say you lost your ticket when you leave. They only charge $25 for the whole stay since that is the max for one day.

Here's the thread if you want to read the whole thing...

Thanks for the info Dutty. My issue is I'm not leaving my car. I need it to drive to Vail from Avon, and back each day. So I really just need a free place to park each day between 8AM-4PM.
