Nice work.

All of those slides look like they started by the rocks. Makes sense as rocks trap heat and warm up the snow around them quicker. Part of the problem with couloirs in the spring.

I have to say I am pretty much in summer mode. It was a long season.

Yup.... and a good one.
One additional reason for me to quit now is because of the sun. No matter how much sunblock I use up in the snow this time of year at that altitude, and how much other sunblock precautions I use, It's never quite enough. It's time to start biking for me, and get used to being in a whitewater canoe again.

Went up Saturday for a couple hours. Nice soft snow..... Lots of coverage. It snowed Sunday again too. I'll go again if they are open in July but will be skinning hood and St Helens in July anyhow.
