Sometimes it's best to pick the lowest hanging fruit first.

Sounds like it should be pretty untracked and deep. Most importantly, easy to get to.

Little chundery up at the Basin today and it was brisk. Nice January weather we're having here.

Seriously. Sunday at Loveland was probably the coldest day of the season for me. Not on the thermometer but factoring in the wind and the fact that it's mid fucking April, it was COLD!

6 degrees at my house this morning. I've worn my puffy now more than the rest of the season.

It's still winter in places out there. A snowboarder was killed today on Vail Pass. Sounds like a large slide on the North Face of Ptarmigan. I certainly hope no one here was involved. My condolences to the victim's friends and family.
