First, let me preface this by saying I've never ever boarded Powder Mountain and so I'm more interested in what people think about this:

I guess my reaction having a general idea of what the area looks like is that "a member-only lodge, 500 private homes, plus a sustainable mountain village and maybe a few boutique hotels down the line...bringing together a camp of social-minded entrepreneurs in an environment that’s less winter resort," is that it is more likely to change the culture/aesthetic of the mountain in a negative way. Seems more like a plan for these trust-fund kids to build themselves a nice ski resort.
