Makes sense. Growing pains of a company thats gaining momentum. I have met some insiders at the shop, got a tour, etc and while they are obvious supporters of their products, I didn't personally get that feeling. However, being in the game for 17 years I've run across plenty of reps on the hard good side that are DBs for sure.
I will say NS has been legit one of the best companies I've done any type of business with and have literally gone above and beyond with their dealings with me. Customer service goes a long way in my book.
