I would assume park crew there, is going to be significantly less work than say Northstar or Vail. Northstar's park crew is just that, park crew. They don't groom.
while I do enjoy riding park im heading west for the powder. that's why I chose Kirkwood. heard wonderful things about the snow there. im pretty much just using a job as a way to get out there. id much rather be making snow but like I said I do enjoy park. im sure kirkwoods park cant be any worse then the park ive been working at. we only got like 6 hits haha. pretty lame.

Not that I'm an expert, but my guess would be they want you to be able to straight air and/or rail slide 80+% of the features. I'm sure they're not looking for pro-quality riders to work the park. I'd assume that you could just safely ride the features however you want, and that'll pass the test.

This, especially at a resort like Kirkwood.
The park there is pretty mellow and doesn't have too many features, which is why they would probably move you to grooming, if needed.

Yeah, K-Wood doesn't have much of a park at all. They do have some epic powder and gnarly off piste riding, though.
