Kristi Leskinen Homecoming Invitational at Seven Springs Mountain Resort March 13-15 - Snowboarding Forum

Willi's (parent company to The Jib Shop) is so excited to be involved in the Kristi Leskinen Homecoming Invitational coming to Seven Springs Mountain Resort March 13th-15th.

The Invitational Slopestyle competition features skiers and snowboarders on Saturday March 14th and on Sunday March 15th the pros will be available for a special interactive event, Ride With A Pro, for under 16ers.

Catch all the action and maybe a few autographs from these hot female pro snowboarders.

Monster Energy's Homecoming, Kristi Leskinen's Invitational - Here is the schedule of events!

Fri., March 13, 2009
10 a.m. - 6 p.m., All day practice

Sat., March 14, 2009
Half price lift tickets before 11 a.m.!
9 a.m. - 12 p.m., Practice
12 - 12:45 p.m., First heat
1:15 - 1:45, Second heat
2:45 - 3:30 p.m., Finals
4 - 4:30 p.m. Awards ceremony, Foggy Goggle
4:30 - 5 p.m., Autograph signing
8 p.m., Zambelli's fireworks show
9 p.m. - 1 a.m., Monster Party in the Matterhorn Lounge

Sun., March 15, 2009
8 - 9:30 a.m., Registration to ride with the pros
Limited space available
10 a.m. - 1 p.m., Ride with the pros, kids ages 10 - 16.
1 - 2 p.m., Amateur rail jam
2:30 - 3:30 p.m., Pro rail jam

The Monster Homecoming Invitational was an amazing event - tons of fun had by all.

Chanelle Sladics took the snowboard crown with her strong performance on the rails backed up by her outstanding cab 360 and cab 540. My fav, sweetie Silvia Mittermuller, took 2nd on the snowboard side followed by Maribeth Swetkoff.

This event went so well I am sure it will become an annual fav.

Thanks to Kristi and all of the sponsors Seven Springs Mountain Resort, Monster Energy Drink, Rome Snowboards, Oakley and Willi's Ski and Board Shop Good job to all of the competitors - yes, even the skiers!
