Vancouver Riding Buddies - Snowboarding Forum

Hi,

I'm looking for people to ride with at the local mountains (or Whistler/Blackcomb). It blows not having friends who aren't into it. I don't mind riding alone but it's cool to have people to hang out on the mountain with when you don't feel like being alone.

Also, if you have a car and have room for one more, I'm be more than happy to chip in for the cost of the trips.

I know you Vancouverites are lurking in this forum so let's have it. Who knows, we could even make a snowboardingforum.com Vancouver chapter out of this.

I'm planning some weekday trips to either Grouse, Cypress or Whistler depending
on time constraints and conditions. I have occasional access to a car so I could
drive. PM me your phone number and maybe we can arrange something.

btw-the 'regional chat' area on this forum for 'western canada' gets more hits for canadians.

Better get up here quickly. Whistler has just beaten it's record for snowiest November EVER woohoo! I was up there on the 22nd and the powder was fantastic. Hard to believe the season just started.

Will you be coming from Edmonton?
