consequently, i simply MUST go to Whistler at least once before Chrimbo arrives. At the moment however i remain unsure as to when precisely we might go there.

if any of you blighters might make the trip, it might inspire us to get a wriggle on. so let us know.

(incidentally, me and the missus might need a lift there; but dont let that put you off, we are good for helping with petrol monies )

Well, incedently, lol,i am going there this week!, ^Whistler is about a 4 hr drive from vancover intl. airport.

The drive from Van on the North Shore to the day lots at Whistler are 1.5 - 2 hours tops. They've done a lot of work twinning the majority of the Sea-to-Sky Hwy and the drive is a breeze.

I fly in on Jan 6th and am planning on doing 2 day trips to Whistler and 1-2 days down to Mt. Baker. I can't ride as hard as I usually do, thanks to this wrecked shoulder of mine, but I'm not missing this trip. Anyone gonna be in town hit me up.

i prefer to think that your fine country just got a little bit finer. god knows it got a bit richer! taxation much!!!?

i would sympathise, only i am not cut from the 'live to work cloth'. but no matter; i will be out near you and give you prior warning so you can either flee or be downtown to knock the froth off a few.

meanwhile, whistler was wicked. slept the 2 hours bus there; picked up our Edge cards no stress; rode for 6 hours; 'Star Trek' movie for the 2 hours home. 50 bucks, free lift ticket and $30 to rent a Dark Star.
