hey, got an extra seat in my buddies AWD Audi.
Not sure where we are heading but somewhere not that far (under 2 hours) so we can get back for the Jets game. most likely hunter? |

The trick is getting into jersey or 87 from nyc. It can be hit or miss getting over the bridge sometimes. Sunday shouldn't be bad though. The ride back on a Sunday, well that's another nightmare lol.
I'll be working unfortunately. I might head up to Hunter on Friday though. |

Belleayre is definitely not better than Hunter unless you are talking solely on time it takes to get there. The whole top of that place is completely flat and you either have to skate or just unstrap and walk to access the trails.
Hunter is definitely more crowded but the terrain makes up for it IMO |

That's funny. I've been to 5 places in the tri state area with parks that are way better than hunters. Hunters is not bad by any means, but it's not the best.
Big boulder, bear creek, seven springs and blue are a few that I would rank higher. I'll give hunter the mod for best in the Catskills and the daks though. |
