Here is how it works.
Basically for now we will decide where and when to have the meet. Then I will find a house to rent. Based on the full occupancy of the house we split that cost per person. I also like to include food and drink in the cost if possible.
Last years package was $200.00 for six days lodging and food and drink...(Based on the full occupancy of 16 which this house in particular held comfortably). We ended up with 12 so everyone chipped in a little extra to equal up to all the expenses. If we were to have filled the house the $200.00 would have been perfect.
Keep in mind you also have travel cost. I think everyone who attended spent less than 1k total including travel and gas which is great for the time they were there. Simply put these meets present not only the best value for you but you will also come out a much better rider regardless of your level right now.
As far as payments go its simple. I will put the package price together and there will be three payments to my paypal account. One a deposit and the other two scheduled to be paid by one month prior to the meet. One thing will change this year, NO DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED UNLESS A TRUE HARDSHIP EXISTS. Certainly there is enough credibility here and I am confident we will fill any house we rent. Its not fair to the members to backout close to the meet because we are financially committed at that point.
All I can say is this. U want to be in on this for sure! The time is epic, the people are real, the snow is there...So start saving or you miss out big time...plain and simple

I might ask you to bring me a new board. I want the 2009 Rome Slash 154, its brand new, so there's a good chance it'll be expensive, but I KNOW it'll be cheaper for you guys than it will be up here.... shoot at my local shop, it'll run $650 easy

^^ wooo i'm in! what do you drive and how many people can you cram into it?
i would prefer not to drive this year if possible. not sure how that will work out since i have the subaru wagon which is prolly the most practical car to take. if i do end up driving i would like to have more peeps in the car to make fuel cheaper for everyone.

OH man, if we return to the same cottage at Jay, I'm gonna have to do something drastic with my suspension too...
its about 1/2" lower now, with really stiff custom spring rates...LOL... my car despises winter, hahaa.

I drive a highlander, I can fit 5 easy, but 4 may be more comfy for you kids in the back. I have plenty of room in the trunk for bags, coolers and other random shit...

gas 4 ways is better than 2! count me in. i have a roof rack (4 boards) that we would prolly throw on there to make some room if we need it. prolly wont make a difference since Dan takes 15 snowboards with him.
and Kris i would be down with the same place. that would be awesome. and you need a beater car buddy.
