Damn, I'm late to the party, that's what I get for paying attention to autocross and home improvements.

Do I have to pay the full $225 if I only come for the first weekend? What if I bring food for everyone?

Yes it's 225 reguardless; which is still a better deal on lodging and food if you were just going up for a weekend.

Its a package price. The $225.00 will include up to six nights lodging, food and drink. U cant break these things down per day/hour type. For the $225.00 u will not find a better value regardless of the lenght..yet alone epic time.

The meet starts on a Thursday and ends on a Wednesday. It works out great because if u can get the time Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday have alot less people. The weekends are not bad by the way but there is alot more than on those days..Personally I didnt mind Sat and Sun for there were alot of french speaking girls there

It will also be mardi gras week there too. Beeds for everyone

from when we get home from the hill untill dark or later carmen is cooking. Thats the food part. It works out pretty well noone was ever very hungry. Drinks were BYOB last time but everyone kinda pooled in together so it will probably be simmilar this time too.

Holy crap you're right, the B&B and Inn rates are rediculous. Plus you get to pay this like it was on layaway. I'll still bring at least one dinner though, just because I like to hear what people think of my cooking. When the time gets closer I'll get some recipes lined up and have everyone vote on what they want.

BTW, count me in!

Bascially I buy the food and drink and cook it. I have menus...They will tell you I can cook ok I bring booze, soda, munchies and bottled water and some common beer whatever they decide. If they do bring say a special type micro beer or their favorite to share I will pay them back if they want.

There is a local store I go to every day to restock on food and beer.

Last year we didnt fill the house so everyone graciously chipped in for food and beer. We should be ok this year. I am confident we will the house and the package price should work out...

If anyone has anything special they want to eat or drink just let me know and I add it to the menu list I keep.

One thing is for sure, you will not go hungry ...except for wanting first trax
