Welcome to the CNY/WNY/Tristate local meet thread! This thread is to discuss local mini meets in the Downstate, Upstate, Central and Western New York areas. There are alot of mountains in our area that are well worth the drive(which really isnt very long) and you would definitely not be dissapointed. Its a great opportunity for local and semi local members to meet and ride New York style!

Well just work it up in here and when we decide when and where I will just modify the initial post. Me and clydesale2 are definitely down for greek and all the others. And since I do live centrally to all these places, if anyone needs a place to crash overnight I do have a ton of room for guests no problem

I do want to do Bristol and Holiday valley. Gore for sure(perhaps an overnighter there...) Even whiteface which really isnt far at all.

While I am at the snowboard/ski sale tomorrow I will get lit on all the mountains. They will be there exhibiting so I can get rates.

Alaric I will be the show between 3:30 and 5:30. I got to get my seasons pass there. I dont need anything either but I want to look. If u want call me


Mystic it would take you 6 to get here. Its pretty easy, go past Rutland into NY and take 87 south to 90 (NYS thruway) west. Come on out if you have the time. We will have a blast. Bring the better half too Like I said a ton of room

Don't forget Windham, great mountain. little closer for Mystic and myself as well.

Belleayre is a small mountain, very low capacity. However....when it snows. It is the place to go. Even on the weekend. Because it is so far off 87 on small roads, its empty when there is a dump...islanders are too chicken to drive in the snow I guess...

Too bad it's not Winter. Taking a drive up to one of the branch offices in Syracuse next Friday.
