2011 Lib Tech Skate Banana

This season i'm getting a Skate Banana, 154 cm regular... i was wondering who has ridden this/how it preforms all mountain (park, groomers) especially in the ice coast where i am.
I was also planning on getting Union Forces for my bindings.

just wondering if this is a good set-up

Lib Tech Skate Banana Review at Board Insiders | Your Resource for Snowboard Reviews

this was for last years, but the tech really hasn't changed much...
great board!

Im new to the sport so not much experience with boards but I bought a 09/10 for this season. I've been out twice this year and will be out this weekend.
It is much softer than my old lib tech, sorry I don't know the model. It gripped much better than my old board in our man made snow.
I liked the flex but I am still not used to it. Once I get some more time on it I can add more info

Negative things I heard about the skate banana:
-Rides sketchy
-Chatter at high speeds
-Can't jump for nothing
-Severely lacks pop
That's pretty much all the cons of the board.

i own a skate banana, and the only thing i find true about what you said is that its a bit sketchy at really high speed. i can really get a great pop out of it since they stiffened it up a bit for 2010. it really all depends on the rider. its still a SICK board i recommend it!

have it ever taken big jumps with it? doesn't it ever wash out on the landings? i think many of those cons apply to many reverse camber boards.
