I'm headed down to DC for a weekend and figured I'd check out someplace new while I'm down there. I noticed that Roundtop, Liberty and Whitetail are nearby, which one would be best and is there anyplace I missed that might be better?

Thanks

Of them Liberty has the better park, while Whitetail has the most trails, better grooming, and faster lifts. Best day to go on the weekend would be Sunday usually much better at these places than Saturday.

If you wanna go a little farther, you could head to Massanutten, or Wisp out in Deep Creek.

Don't bother...seriously. Unless your going to Seven Springs or Snowshoe there is really no point to ride in the Mid-Atlantic this year.

Still too early to tell but I'm fired up for the season. I have a trip to Colorado planned in January and plan on getting a season pass at Snowshoe. There will still be trips to Wintergreen sprinkled in there as well. Where do you normally ride?
