Default recommedations for Instructor near MT Pocono PA

I am a solid Beginner able to do greens and blues, can link Turns, I just don't go very fast. This is my second season. I started last Feb with about 4 trips. This year I have been out close to 10 times. Think it is time to get a lesson to try and fix any bad habits I may have, and to get me moving towards the next level.
Only looking to ride groomers and cruise the mountains and keep up with my 10 YO son . 2 bad knees , so no Park

I am older (50) so looking for someone with patience

Any recommendations for an good instructor, I am flexible with what resort. I have a place near JFBB, CamelBack, Alpine, Shawnee....

thanks

I usually go to Camelback on Fridays I have off from work, during the day time.....

other than that, I don't know of instructors that would individually help you... I'm sure the local mountains have them.... it's just $$$$

I boarded in PA (Seven Springs mainly) a lot the past couple years (just moved back to the Midwest), and idk exact instructors specifically, but just about every resort has them, but it's a little on the expensive side..
See if you know people that board that could teach you a few things.. it'll save you time and money!
Good luck!

I made it out to JFBB today, and took a group class. When I called up they said it was less money for group class, and they could do intermediate. It Wound up being a 2 person class, and had instructor Keith. He was able to show me what I needed to work on.

It seems I was trying to focus on my knees in heelside turn, when really i should have focused on moving toes. Which then helped my knees move as they should. Also keeping my frontshoulder in line with the board. All in all it was well worth the money ($28) and next run up there i will be sure to do it again and I would highy recommend it to anyone.

Group lessons seem to be a great value !
