I'm sure that you used to go to the Mentor and PKNPK rail jams? I was at all of those events shooting pics/video. I was the guy who pushed the Peek hard to develop the parks in 2006.

Yeah dude, I was going to go to that. That's pretty sweet that you've been around that long. I've been there the past 6 years. I'm debating on getting a season pass though this year, becuase idk how much I'll go with school and all.

Yeah here's the link to the event, it's the open house the ski resort has and the rail jam is part of it....

Usually a 3 obstacle event, last year was 3 flat tables, next to a straight rail, next to a t-box type thing rail. 3 separate drop-ins. I didn't know about the one in Mentor till it was too late

The movie after is called Eye Trip, the preview looks pretty sick. Would be awesome to see you guys out there.

that video is dope status man. I'm in the background of one of the shots, I didn't get on the rail in the vid hahaha, i had a broken wrist so i was goin super vanilla.

Kent alum/former resident... I'll just throw out that 7springs is a do-able day trip too for something different. I've done it before when I lived there. Its about 2hrs straight down I-76. Pretty nice parks.

If you really like the urban stuff, you could always build a little kicker on the hill in front of kent hall. Or go ride the zamboni poop in the parking lot behind the ice area.

yeah man, I been scoutin spots around campus, I got some pretty damn good ones that will be easy to hit, and kent hall is actually one of the ones i had already. haha

Cool man, I broke my wrist in 3 places at the open house 2 years ago. Didn't even realize how bad it was till some kid behind me in line pointed it out. It was the year of those god-awful orange shirts they handed out, lol.

I'm not super into rails, getting better at them, but every time I drive by campus I think about jibbing that giant painted stone. I don't know where to ride in from, but I could bring my camera and claim it's for a magazine if campus security gets pissy

hahah I went to the snowboard cross thing to. It was a little sketchy but fun. Pretty bummed that I have to miss the rail jam. Is there anything fun to do on the sunday?

OHeazt, I think that there's absolutely nothing for that Sunday, in fact by then, most of that shit will be sold out becuase of the deals. lol. sorry bud, i only go to browse and get my season pass
