UPDATED PAYMENT LIST

Jay - Need to meet him up as well for cash


We are now at $300. Actually, $280 because I have to refund David $20 since he overpaid. I'm thinking of making a 10 people cut-off. Would you guys be cool with that? That would mean we all pay $50.

The reason is, while we can certainly fit more, I kind of want to keep it comfortable. Would also be way easier to keep track of you all (this has to do with the surprise).

Let me know if you guys have objections. 10 is ideal with 13 being max.

Anyone else from your work crew coming along that's not listed above?

I'm cool with the 10pp cap. If there are any stragglers who want to tag along they can just find their own accommodations.

Oh, forgot to include Ian. He said he's going for sure, but I haven't gotten the money from him yet. So we are at 10 right now.

Maybe one more person will come. He's a skier though.

So it's 11 people then. We can squeeze a couple more I guess. I just think it would be kind of hectic with 15 people under one roof, even though there's a basement.

Just realized we are at 10 already. I forgot to count Ron. So that's cutting out Ian and Thom who are both unsure anyway.

I would have liked for another female to come so Lori isn't the only one. Looks like the single guys will just have to invite some girls to the cabin lol. Just make sure you didn't meet them at Crystal Palace bar across the street.

I would definitely be cool with adding you and Kelly to the cabin roster Jon. It's a biased special exception and I'm not afraid to admit it!

I'm making the deadline for down payments Nov. 14th. Final payments will be due Dec. 1st.

But yea, if you only come up for a day, that would be equally awesome. We can all learn a lot from you.

A nice solution would be to provide liquor to make up for your portion of the payment if it's last minute! Like $30 worth of booze haha.

Either way, we'll definitely work it out. The end goal is to have you ride with us and have a blast.
