Snow started about 15 min. Ago. Still above freezing, but its starting to come down heavy.
Nubs was OK. Snow was a little slow in spots but not bad. Made my first tennative trips into the trees today. It was a mixed bag as far as how well I did. Fun tho. Scary too!!  If video any good, will post some later. Gonna eat something now 'n' then hit highland for nite boarding.

Snow was def slow today, resulted in knuckling a smaller kicker with a larger gap more times than I care to admit. It was good enough for me to attempt Boyne's BIG jumps on the far left. Never stuck the landing but cleared the jumps everytime, landed and stupidly washed out before I could call it a landing.
Had I more time I'm confident I would have stuck it.

When I left Gaylord around 3:30 it was snowing hard, huge flakes. I didn't want to leave.

started snowing at Schuss about 330pm, made for a pretty dicey drive over to Crystal but it is puking big heavy wet flakes right now. So pumped for tomorrow!

From what I can tell from the snow on my rental car, the Harbor Springs area definitely got the 12 to 15 inches they predicted!!!
Today should be AWSOME!!!

it was absolute carnage this morning at Crystal Mountain. Power went out at our condo last night around bed time. SOmetime during the night the whole resort lost power and when we woke up this morning they did not know if/when the power would return. There were trees down everywhere and several cars destroyed/impaled by fallen trees. I think a lot of people left because they were without power.
Lifts finally started spinning around 1015am, but we got hit with a health dose of "Sierra Cement" it's deep, but it's heavy as shit:

Yeah dude we found a little kicker with a pow landing pretty sure my friend brad has a faceplant landing on his gopro of himself also found a fence gap to cliff drop ot was gnar.
